Shipping and Return

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving the order confirmation. 
  • All products in the Kitrack catalogue ship within 3 to 5 days of the order’s confirmation. 
  • Shipping times vary per cooling unit. Slimline, D050, and D025 ship within 3 to 5 days of the order’s confirmation. 
  • SC Pro and through-the-wall unit are shipping within 10 to 15 days. 


Please note: If this unit is on backorder or subject to lead times longer than 15 business days, it will be noted in the main product description. A shipping notification with tracking information is sent when the order has shipped. 

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. novel cellars is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.


We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address. 
If the exterior of the box(es) appears to be damaged, please note this on the couriers waybill when accepting the product. Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please do not damage or throw out the manufacturer's packaging. All of the original packaging must be retained if a problem exists.


Keep your invoice and manual with your important records. Read all instruction manuals before assembly or turning on the unit.


REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES


We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. We are unable to accept returns on items that have already been assembled.
If an order was placed but needs to be corrected prior to being shipped, a 10% restock fee will be applied to the order’s initial cost. Please note that shipping charges are not covered unless inspection is required to confirm damage source

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@novelcellars.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
