How long will it take to receive an order?

We carry a variety of wine racking and wine cellar equipment. Certain products ship from our Montreal location, while others ship from other locations in the US. Shipping times are determined by the products ordered.


We use the order’s shipping address to determine where we ship from to ensure the most efficient delivery possible. Please note that certain products in our inventory are in-stock and that others are made-to-order, which does have an impact on our fulfillment time.

Can orders be placed from outside of Canada or the Continental US?

Only online orders being shipped to Canada and the Continental US can be processed automatically. Most of our products can still be shipped internationally, but please connect with us directly to calculate appropriate shipping costs and your order will be processed manually. 


Which carriers are used for shipping?

Depending on shipping address and items ordered, different couriers or shipping companies such as CANPAR, UPS, and Purelator are used.


Are orders trackable?

All shipments are trackable and tracking information is provided via email shortly after your order is dispatched. 


What if an order is placed with an error?

If an order was placed but needs to be corrected prior to being shipping, a 10% restock fee will be applied to the order’s initial cost. Please note that shipping charges are not covered unless inspection is required to confirm damage source


Which forms of payment are accepted?

Secure, encrypted payment for all online orders with Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. Apple, Google, Shopify, and Discover pay are accepted.


Is pricing in Canadian or US dollars?

Prices can be displayed in Canadian or US dollars online. Select your preferred display using the currency toggle which can be found in the footer at the bottom left of our webpages.



Where is novel cellars located?

Headquarters are based in Ville Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada.


Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely. If the pick-up option is selected at check out, an email confirmation with instructions will be sent when the order is ready.
